NEWTOWN, Conn. -- Bello Motorsports is moving forward into the 2021 season with plans of a robust schedule, running Modifieds in New England, with upcoming driver Anthony Bello. The team has announced they will compete in the SK Modified division at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl full-time -- a track where Bello is used to running. Bello competed during the Speedbowl's limited 2020 schedule, slowed due to COVID-19, and ran successfully in a competitive class. He's looking forward to returning to the Shoreline oval in search of his first career win in the class. Bello is also planning on running in the SK Light Modifieds at two other historic Connecticut tracks. Bello will step into the confines of the Arute-family owned Stafford Motor Speedway for the first-time, competing in their Division III class -- while he will also move over to Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park, at least twice, to run the prestigious Icebreaker and Sunoco World Series weekends. Stafford is one of the top Modified tracks in the country, while Thompson, promoted by the American Canadian Tour and Pro All Star Series, has placed their own six-event schedule.
